NS 55+ Games Coming to the Region September 22 – 27, 2025!
The region is excited to be welcoming participants from across Nova Scotia for the Nova Scotia 55+ Games. Participants will take part in a variety of activities from hockey and pickleball to card games and bowling. The mission of the event is centred around fun, fitness, and friends.
